have been given a ticket for double parking while loading.it was 8.30p.m.
on a quiet,wide street.i will appeal but doubt if they use common sense.

on 25/08/2008 a Penalty Charge Notice was issued by Civil Enforcement Officer WS5776
CONTRAVENTION CODE:624(parked with one or more wheels on or over footpath)
I look forward to them producing photographic proof as they tell me “it has not been
uploaded yet!”
