moving rebecca gibson n1

if you are a man and van moving a scottish woman called rebecca gibson in the n1 area then ask for payment before you unload.she refused to pay full amount saying the driver was slow.(this was after first saying i agreed a two hour price)
i never agree two hour charge for house moves.driver says she was charming throughout until it was time to pay.
i thought i would dig out some e-mails sent about the driver
I just wanted to say a big thank you for the help from 2 of your guys on Saturday – they were really helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be recommending you to others,Thanks,Zarah.
Hi George,
I can’t tell you how pleased I was by the two guys who did a removal from South Oxhey to Hayes on Saturday for me. They arrived 35 minutes early and were extremely fast and efficient. They were also friendly, polite and helpful. They made everything go smoothly and I am so grateful to them. Please pass on my thanks!!,Kind regards,,Clive
Hi George.

Please pass on my gratitude to them.I will be in touch for I will need help again moving into my new flat. Thanks again.Ansobe
fortunately customers like rebecca are rare.if she wants to reply to this she can.
its just fortunate that the driver she accused of being slow has been commented on many times by happy customers.
as you can guess i take any criticism personally, but i think on this occasion
we were just up against a very tight fisted person.

Hi, have you ever had anyone completely refuse to pay?

Unfortunately there’s people like this in all walks of life. My brother has just been stiffed for 100 nicker after taking some band’s equipment from one side of Brighton to the other. Never mind, they were hopeless anyway!
But it sounds like you’ve got enough good customers to keep you more than afloat, so keep up the good work!
