On the West Cross Route(a3220) whether you are coming from the A40 or the Holland Park(thames water tower) roundabout you cant miss the road up to the roundabout to the parking areas. For M&S just follow for loading bay “B” .You will feel as if you are doubling back on yourself. M&S own loading bays from B9 right to the end of the bay.At the end you will see a silver door between two bays.Just dont expect anyone to answer the buzzer if its their tea break.
