ealing parking ticket

After months of appeals against a parking ticket i have
reached the final stage. Appealing to the independent
government appointed judge.And would you believe it.
Ealing council did not even bother to put forward any
evidence.What was the point of sending off all my
appeals to them.None!! They just hoped i would give in.

It’s rare for the council to forward your evidence across, it’s in their best interest to forward theirs only. Had a similar thing in Watford but didn’t trust the council to be honest. It went to the final stages, I prepared a 30 page document of evidence, forwarded a copy both to the council and the adjudicator, the council backed down before decision time.
